In Kharkiv region, a person was killed by a drone near the car, four more wounded, reports in the telegram the head of the regional military administration Oleg Synigubov.

“Around 4:50 pm on the Kupyansk-Kindrashivka FPV-Dron, the enemy hit the VAZ car. Unfortunately, a 45-year-old woman was killed. Four more people were injured: three men and one woman, ”he wrote.

According to OVA, all the victims are employees of a civilian utility in Kupyansk city community.

The police say that the Russian drone hit a civilian car moving in the route in the Kupyansky district. The police investigative group seized material evidence and documented a military crime.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
