Six people involved in the shopping mall – prosecutor’s office were detained in Bila Tserkva

Law enforcement officers detained six people suspected of opening fire in one of the shopping and entertainment centers of Belaya Tserkov, the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported on Tuesday.

According to the investigation, on March 18 at about 11:00 a group of people entered a sports club located in the shopping center and came into conflict with three visitors. During the dispute, the attackers made several shots.

As a result of the use of firearms, one person was injured and was hospitalized.

Under the procedural leadership of the Belotserkovsky District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre -trial investigation into the facts of attempted murder, hooliganism, committed by a group of persons with the use of firearms, and illegal handling of weapons, was launched.

Investigative actions are currently underway to establish all the circumstances of the event.
