According to the GRP, the wolf was drawn to disciplinary responsibility for “committing a significant disciplinary misconduct, a gross or systematic neglect of responsibilities, which is incompatible with the status of a judge or revealed his inconsistency with his position.”
According to the CPC, the wolf at the meeting of the GRP “did not come again”, but sent a number of petitions, including the deductions to the members of the Council and the postponement of consideration of the issue of dismissal.
The speaker at the meeting of the GRP Oksana Kvash proposed to release the wolf. The proposal was supported by all 14 members of the council.
The CPC reminds that more than 5 years have been between the publication of the Film of the OASC in court and the release of the wolf. Now the criminal case against a wolf and his accomplices is obeyed in the High Anti -Corruption Court.
