According to the FORSA survey for NTV, 54% of Germans believe that Ukraine should be ready to give way to part of its territories, if necessary to reach peace with Russia.

Details: 54% of respondents believe that Ukraine should be ready to yield to the occupied territories of Russia, if necessary to achieve a peace agreement.

36% – mostly supporters of “green” – believe that Ukraine should not do it.

Among the supporters of the CDU/CSS Conservative Bloc, 52% for Ukraine to be inferior to territories, 43%. Among the supporters of the SPD 46% for Ukraine’s readiness for territorial concessions, 40% against.

CDU/CSS and SDPN are currently in the negotiations on the formation of the future government.

71% of pro -Russian “Alternatives for Germany” said that Ukraine should be ready to make territorial concessions (16% against). 50% of “left” supporters (40% against) expressed the same opinion.

Recall:

• The US Presidential Advisor Michael Voltu has suggested that the future agreement on the completion of Russia against Ukraine may envisage the loss of the latest territories in exchange for “future security guarantees”.
• US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on March 10 that Ukraine would have to make concessions about the territories that Russia has seized since 2014, as part of any agreement on the war.
