US President Donald Trump said he has appointed Kelloga Kelloga with a special messenger in Ukraine.
“I am glad to inform you that Kelloga Kellog General is appointed a special envoy in Ukraine. General Kellogg, a highly respected military expert, will communicate directly with the President of Zelensky and Ukrainian leadership. He knows them well and they have a very good relationship. Congratulations to General Kellog! ” – Trump wrote on his social network Truth Social.

In November 2024 it was reported that Trump appointed American Lieutenant-General Kita Kellog Special Representative for Ukraine and Russia.
On January 22, The Wall Street Journal reported that Trump had instructed Kellog to complete the war in Ukraine in a hundred days, but he is unlikely to be able to do so.
Kellogo first arrived in Kiev on February 19, the next day after Saudi Arabia, the first negotiations between the United States and Russia took place from the beginning of the full -scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine.
According to The New York Post, Kellogo worked on the agreement of Ukraine and the United States on minerals. The publication wrote that he wanted the agreement to be signed during his stay in Kiev, but the head of the Presidential Office of Ukraine Andriy Yermak insisted on signing an agreement in Washington.
Following the controversy of Zelensky and Trump in the White House on February 28 and refusal to sign the Kellogglog agreement supported the US President’s decision to suspend military assistance to Ukraine.
During the negotiations of American and Ukrainian delegations in Jedda, on March 11, Kellogo was not present. On March 12, Politico reported that he was probably removed from peace talks.
