Russian troops attacked the amounts on the evening of March 14. Critical infrastructure was damaged as a result of the drone of drones, the actress of the mayor Artem Kobzar said.

According to him, there were 11 explosions in the city, in an apartment building and a hostel, located near the scene, the windows were damaged.

Sumyoblenergo urged the locals to store information silence and do not distribute photos and videos with the consequences of hitting.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
