Details: Investigators started pre -trial investigation under Part 4 of Art. 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Investigative actions are currently underway with the involvement of all participants in the incident, witnesses and eyewitnesses.
The Kharkiv OTC and JV recognized “violations, incorrect and emotional behavior of a subordinate serviceman. In connection with this situation, additional classes are conducted with the personnel of the alert groups, and the control over compliance with ethical standards and knowledge of the legislation by military personnel is increased.
