Foreign Minister of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga stated that Ukraine has launched a national team that will work on algorithms for control of a possible 30-day armistice.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Foreign Ministry) stated this during a press conference.
Sibiga stressed that all the work is now aimed at ensuring that the Ukrainian side is ready for agreements or a plan of action to achieve a fair peace.
The preparation process is difficult, taking into account the past negative experiences of “agreements” with the Russian Federation, he said.
Immediately after returning from Jedda, Saudi Arabia, the Ukrainian delegation reported to President Vladimir Zelensky on the results of a meeting with the American side.
“We have already started forming a national team that will develop appropriate action algorithms for proper control of a possible truce. This is an extremely difficult process, ”he said.
The head of the department added that the front line today is more than 1.3 thousand kilometers, and Ukraine has negative experience in the framework of the Minsk process, when the Russian Federation has violated the silence regime 25 times.
It is now important to be prepared for possible provocations from the terrorist country.
“So now everything will be directed so that the Ukrainian side is ready with the relevant teams, with appropriate experiences, modalities. I mean, including a future vision of an agreement or a plan of action to achieve a just peace for Ukraine. Certainly, the parameters and volume of the security package for Ukraine, ”he added.
The adviser to the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak stated that Ukraine will not abolish martial law and hold elections in the event of a 30-day truce at the front. It will not be the end of the war, but the situation – unpredictable.
Recall that Russian dictator Putin says that it is not opposed to the US proposal to introduce a 30-day truce at the front. But it has many requirements for Ukraine and does not imagine how this ceasefire will work.
Meanwhile, the assistant of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin Yuri Ushakov stated that Moscow does not want a temporary truce with Ukraine. The aggressor country seems to be interested in long-term settlement.
Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is likely to agree to the possible conditions of a truce with Ukraine, writes Bloomberg with reference to sources.
US President Donald Trump called Putin’s “incomplete” response to the RF Armistice proposed and hopes that the Russian dictator will “do it right”.
