The call center worked in the city of Kamyanskoye, and his activities were organized by local criminal authority. The organization included the so -called personnel department, which carefully selected staff for work – administrators coordinated operators, developed algorithms and schemes, conducted training and trainings for staff, and the financiers kept records of cash income.
Operators were represented by law enforcement officials and foreign banking institutions, reported to the victim that suspicious financial transactions were allegedly occurring with their card accounts and suggested to update the data for security.
In this way, the victims were questioned, accessed, and therefore were able to dispose of them.
Earlier in Kharkiv, the SBU and the National Police detained a fraudster, who was killed in the families of Ukrainian prisoners for “assistance with exchange”. Dilok managed to repay tens of thousands of hryvnias in Ukrainian families.
