The State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) confirmed the searches in Kyivzelenbud and the detention of the CEO of the utility. He was elected a pre -trial detention measure with the possibility of reaching UAH 51 million.
In addition to the CEO detained the first deputy and deputy chief of one of the departments, they were elected a similar precautionary event, the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office reported.
– for signing acts without verifying the quality and volume of executed works, as well as the creation of artificial obstacles for their further participation in the tenders, contractors paid 15 % of the “rollback” from the total amount of the funds listed. Those who refused to play the rules simply did not allow public procurement, – they told the prosecutor’s office.
The Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police of Ukraine specified that it was a matter of completed work during 2024.

On March 10, Lb.ua reported that Yuri Bakhmat’s CEO was detained by Kyivzelenbud, who headed the KP in 2023.
