Details: 273 MPs voted in favor of the document. The bill provides for the introduction of criminal liability for:
- Violation of the procedure for conducting a medical examination (military medical examination) in order to determine the suitability of citizens for military service for health reasons (new Article 337-1 of the Criminal Code).
- Violation of the procedure of conscription or admission to military service, admitted by a military service or other authorized person (new Article 426-2 of the Criminal Code).
- Extension of the range of persons responsible for corruption offenses, provided for in Art. 368-5 of the Criminal Code (“illegal enrichment”).
It is noted that this list shall be attached to the heads, deputies, members and secretaries of freelance permanent military-medical and medical commissions.

- On February 19, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Law Enforcement Activities was supported by a bill, which provides imprisonment for up to 8 years for representatives of the Tax Code and the VLC for mobilizing citizens with violation.
