It is reported that yesterday, March 10, he was found dead in his own home in Seoul. The cause of death was the cardiac arrest.
“His mother called the police and reported that the son was faint. The ambulance and law enforcement officers arrived immediately, but in their opinion, the man died much earlier. The police did not reject the suicide from drug overdose,” the newspaper writes.
By the way, the singer has repeatedly had problems with the law through drugs. In particular, in 2020 the man was found in the toilet of the shopping center in Seoul after overdose. In 2021, the district court prosecutors punished Wheesung and sentenced – imprisonment for three years. He then pleaded guilty and received only a year of imprisonment, 40 hours of community service and 40 hours of lectures on drug addiction treatment.
What is known about the singer Wheesung The singer was born in Seoul. He began his singing career in 1997 as a participant in the Ing dance band, and a few years in A4.
In 2000, he signed a contract with M Boat and released his first solo album called “Like A Movie”, which brought recognition. Interestingly, the second album of the star became the most sold in Korea. The most famous songs of Wheesung: “Insomnia”, “Even Thought of Margin” and “Night and Day Official”.
