Details: The Directory is developed by the Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs together with the Ministry of Defense and the Government Security Center. Its printed version will be delivered free of charge to each Polish family in the second half of 2025 within the framework of the Protection Program of the Population and Civil Defense.

The document will contain practical recommendations for survival within the first 72 hours after the emergency. It will have information on actions in case of long -term power outage, lack of access to water or communication, as well as recommendations for immediate evacuation.
“For three days, all citizens, every household, must live in their own forces,” said Robert Klonovsky, Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Protection and Crisis Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
During the development of a directory, Polish experts have studied similar materials from 23 countries, including Sweden and Norway.
The document will be available not only in Polish but also in the languages of national minorities, in particular Ukrainian.
Poland emphasizes that it will be useful not only during the war, but also in the case of natural disasters and other crisis situations.
