Zelensky: In Kryvyi Riva, the Russian Federation was attacked by a hotel where there were volunteers, including foreigners

In Kryvyi Rih, volunteers of one of the humanitarian organizations settled in front of the Russian blow, among them were foreigners, said President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

“Ballistics on a regular hotel. Literally, volunteers of one of the humanitarian organizations – citizens of Ukraine, the United States, Britain – settled in the hotel. They survived because they had time to go down. But, unfortunately, four people were killed with this blow, ”he wrote in the telegram.

Zelensky added that the Russian blow also damaged many civilian objects around the hotel, rescuers are still working on the spot.

Kryvyi Rih was blown by ballistic missiles around 22:00 on March 5. As a result of the attack of the Russian Federation, four people were killed, 31 people were injured. According to local authorities, in addition to the hotel, 14 apartment buildings were damaged, mail, almost two dozen cars, a cultural institution, 12 stores.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
