The Supervisory Board of the Company of the GTS of Ukraine at an extraordinary meeting decided to extend the terms of competitive selection for the post of CEO.
“The final date of submission by potential candidates of resumes for the position of CEO of the Company was set on March 31, 2025. In this way, measures have been taken to attract more participants in the competition, ”OGTSU said.
The competitive selection is with the involvement of the Recruitment Agency LLC Tedvaysors.
It was reported that the OGTSU Supervisory Board announced the competition on February 13. Applications were accepted by March 6 inclusive.
Among the main requirements for candidates: at least three years in management positions and experience of introducing changes and restructuring of business, higher education is not lower than the level of master’s degree.
The advantage of selecting candidates will be considerable experience in management positions in large Ukrainian and/or international companies or organizations with a positive reputation and, in particular, experience in the oil and gas and/or energy industry.
In this case, the CEO may be a person who at the time of appointment is not part of the OGTSU Supervisory Board, and is not an official (production) and/or supply of natural gas and/or electricity.
In addition, a person who is a current official or employee of the Ministry of Energy cannot be headed (The OGTSU governing body), as well as its former employee, if less than one year has passed since its termination.
However, the CEO should not be a citizen/or resident of the aggressor country and should not have family ties with such persons.

OGTSU CEO Dmitry Lippa said he would leave the company after the heating season is over. He was appointed in March 2023.
The predecessor of Lippa in this position from May 2019 to September 2022 was Sergey Makakon.
