This was reported (CPD) Andriy Kovalenko.

Andriy Kovalenko confirmed the fact of the attack and reminded that in February this refinery had already stopped work due to a similar blow. He noted that the plant has a processing capacity of 8.9 million tons of oil per year, which makes it one of the average in size in the Russian Federation. The company produces aviation kerosene, fuel and bitumen, and since 2015 produces products of the Euro-5 standard.

Kovalenko also emphasized that such refineries play an important role in providing the Russian army with fuel, and are part of the logistics of military deliveries.
