– Which match, sociable or official, has been remembered from the winter?
– I think, matches with Galatasari and the RFSC added confidence, raised our spirit. I thank the young and promising # 7 of our team (smiles) for the double at the Galatasari gate, and after that game we tuned for a very difficult match against the Latvians. It was a drawn draw in Istanbul who was the key to victory over the RSFSh.
– In modern football, it is important to make quickly decisions, sometimes unexpected. Do you train it somehow – you may play games, do you meditate?
– I think that it is in training that can be worked out. There are even exercises when you need to make a quick decision in a limited space, and when you go to the field, into a large space, then it seems that you really have more time to make a decision.
– Dynamo head coach Alexander Shovkovsky and your team partner Andrey Yarmolenko have become Ukrainian champions many times. You have not yet managed to do this in Dynamo T -shirt. How important is it for you to become a champion with Dynamo?
– First of all, playing in the Dynamo T -shirt, you should always strive for the highest places – both in the championship and in the Cup of Ukraine. I came here not just so, but become a champion. I hope this season I will be able to realize myself a hundred percent and help the team win a third star over the emblem.
– Everyone knows the story that you had a proposal from Shakhtar, but you chose Dynamo. I wonder if there was a choice between Europe and Dynamo, what would they choose?
– In fact, there were suggestions from Europe, but I decided that I wanted to play for Dynamo and benefit the club. As for the ambitions to play in Europe, probably every player wants to perform in the top championship. But it is necessary for the club to come to you, not to go anywhere.
