“According to preliminary data, an unknown item has exploded in the hands of a child, aged 1.7 years old. Doctors provide the child with the necessary medical care. ”
According to the statement, police inspect the scene and set the type of explosive device. They decide on the opening of proceedings under articles on illegal weapons and malicious failure to fulfill their parents’ responsibilities.
The local authorities at the same time report the death of a one -year -old child in the intensive care unit of the Svetlovodsk Community, but does not specify whether it is a victim as a result of the explosion. According to Mayor Andriy Malitsky, police have already opened criminal proceedings against this event.
