Adopters of orphans and children deprived of parental care are entitled to receive financial assistance in the adoption.

The size and conditions of receiving the assistance
The amount of assistance and payment schedule is the same as at birth.
As of now, the total amount is 41 280 UAH on one child from whom 10 320 UAH It is paid once, and the rest of the amount is paid in equal parts for 36 months.
Assistance is assigned to each adopted child on the basis of a court decision on its adoption Provided that the request for assistance was received no later than 12 months from the date of entry into force of a court decision.
If the child is adopted by a couple, assistance is charged to one of them at their discretion. If one person is adopted, she receives help. The person who seeks for help when adopted, must be a citizen/citizen of Ukraine and permanently reside in its territory.

How to apply offline
To the statement of the established sample, which is filled in place, you must add:
▪ a copy of the birth certificate issued by the state body of registration of civil status acts after amending the birth record of the child on the basis of a court decision on adoption of the child;
▪ A copy of the court’s decision to adopt a child.
When submitting an application, the adopter/ka must show a passport or other identity document.
If the adopters are a spouse, one of them is submitted.

How to apply because of action
The application for assistance in the adoption of the child is submitted through the portal of action. Submission algorithm:
1. Click the application button and authorize.
2. Specify the data of the child or children to be assisted.
3. Select a way of receiving help.
4. Specify the adoption court decision.
5. Sign the application with an electronic signature or action. Signature and send.
The statement is received by the social protection body. The status of the application will be reflected in the personal office on the portal.
When the application is considered, the applicant will receive a notification to the e -mail to which the action is tied.
