Air Force: During the week, air defense has shot down 1023 air assaults launched by the Russian Federation in Ukraine

During the week from February 24 to March 2, 1023 air attacks, which Russia attacked Ukraine, was shot down with air defense, the press service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.

According to the Air Defense, the following goals have shot down:

  • 6 winged X-101 missiles;
  • 665 Shahd Down UAVs;
  • 179 UAV reconnaissance;
  • 173 UAV of other types.
In a week, the tactical aircraft of the Air Force made more than 120 departures, they say in the department.

“Dozens of air strikes have been inflicted on hostile positions by bombs and missiles of different types. The management points, areas of concentration and live power are affected, ”the post reads.

Also a week of the BPAC units of the Consolidated Air Force Rifle Brigade, 492 combat departments were made, namely:

  • 328 UAV reconnaissance;
  • 83 FPV-Dron lesions;
  • 81 FPV discharges and shocks.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
