At 20:00 the leaders are involved in the signing ceremony of the bilateral agreement on establishing the Rules and Conditions of the Investment Fund of Reconstruction. The signing will be held in the hall in the Eastern Wing of the White House.
After signing the document, a meeting of the presidents with media representatives will begin, where the heads of states will be seized and answered the press.
