Changes are made To Resolution No. 76 of January 27, 2023 “Some Issues of Implementation of the Provisions of the Law” On Mobilization Training and Mobilization “and provide for:
- taking into account the total number of conscripts who will be subject to booking, employees called for military service during mobilization after May 18, 2024;
- non-application to the state bodies requirements for 72-hour verification of information about the employee during his booking;
- reduction of up to 5 days for cancellation of delayed employees of enterprises, institutions, organizations;
- The introduction of the monthly period for the criterion for the amount of accrued average wages of employees in determining the enterprise, institution, organization is critical.
The Government has instructed the Pension Fund and the Ministry of Digital Transformation within a month to ensure an electronic interaction between the register of insured persons and the unified state webport of electronic services to check information on the salaries of military employees.
