The Cabinet of Ministers has stopped the functioning of the “Path” system for drivers carrying humanitarian cargo. Other grounds are required to travel abroad.

According to the press service, the Cabinet of Ministers on February 25 approved amendments to Resolution No. 57, concerning the departure of drivers who follow humanitarian and medical goods abroad. According to these changes, the departure of such drivers will be possible on general grounds, and not on registration in the “Path” system.
“Therefore, drivers who follow medical and humanitarian cargo must have other resolution No. 57, the grounds for crossing the border, since the Ministry of Community and Territories and Regional Military Administrations will not bring drivers to the Way system,” the press service explained.
In addition, the Government has instructed the Ministry of Social Policy, which is forming a policy in the field of humanitarian aid, together with the Ministry of Defense to develop a mechanism of departure on humanitarian cargoes of military persons, added to the ministry.
We will remind, the State Border Service of Ukraine (SPSU) reported that according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, men who carry humanitarian and medical cargo will cross the border on a general basis.
Previously, 13 carriers were disconnected from the Path system for systematic violation of the state border crossing.
