According to law enforcement officers, during the inspection of persons a joint police and TCC, the man behaved boldly, refused to fulfill legitimate requirements and began to resist.
At the scene of the offender was detained. Criminal proceedings under Art. 345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“threat or violence against a law enforcement officer”), which provides for a sentence of up to five years of imprisonment.
