Vasyl Ratushny was born on March 13, 1996. He was a participant in the Revolution of Dignity, fought in the ATO/OOS. In September 2022, his mother Svetlana Povalyaeva on her Facebook page told that Basil went to fight in 2015, when he was still a minor.
