“In the last week, for example, we have received more than 300 reports to return from the HSC. And now the dynamics will accelerate, because the legislation has a limited period for lack of criminal liability on such returns,” the official said.
According to her, it happens that some military reject reports. This happens then, she says when the serviceman did not have time to arrive at the Military Law Enforcement Branch within 24 hours after the report.
“Or he, for example, indicated in the report inaccurate and inaccurate data. But, having received the refusal, you can try: to submit a report again, to correct all those mistakes, and the state, the armed forces will wait for the return of these servicemen,” – assured Chernororenko.

At that time, the Verkhovna Rada was also assured that there will be no more extension of the bill on a preferential return from the HCP.
The commander from the Kara-Dag Brigade Vasily Petrovich explained why he did not respect those who go to the HSC. According to him, he has respect for all kinds of troops – both infantry and intelligence, because everyone is doing joint work. However, they do not respect those who go to the unauthorized leaving of the part. He noted that others are killed.
According to the lawyer Vladislav Mikhailenko, the number of cases of unauthorized release of part among servicemen may be 200 thousand, but there is no official data due to the lack of a clear system of accounting for these cases.
