Neither the President of Ukraine nor the Government of Ukraine will consider this agreement and its signing in separation from security guarantees for Ukraine.”

Details: Shmigal has announced that Ukraine and the US have prepared a project of an agreement on economic cooperation known as the “Nadra Agreement” and it is a preliminary agreement on the establishment of an investment fund for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
“Paragraph 10 is actually indicating that this Fund Agreement is an integral element of bilateral and multilateral agreements, as well as specific steps to establish a long peace, strengthen economic and safety stability,” he added.
According to the sources of “European Truth”, paragraph 10 of the document states:
“This bilateral agreement and the Fund Agreement will constitute integral elements of bilateral and multilateral agreements, as well as specific steps to establish prolonged peace, strengthen economic and safety stability and reflect the goals defined in the preamble of this bilateral agreement.
The United States Government supports Ukraine’s efforts to obtain security guarantees needed to create a long peace. Participants will try to identify any necessary steps to protect mutual investments as defined in the Fund Agreement. ”
Denis Shmigal said that the government would consider the text of the subsoil agreement, which is planned to be signed with the United States, at a meeting on February 26.
