North Korea can increase the supply of resources to Russia against the background of deepening bilateral cooperation. Satellite images recorded suspicious activity in the port of Rason, which may indicate the transfer of goods, in particular military.

Literally: “According to the Russian and North Korean state media, there was a meeting of representatives of Russia and North Korea in Moscow. It was attended by the head of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia Andriy Klimov, North Korea Ambassador to Russia Hhon Chchol and a member of the Politburo of the Korea Ri Jong.

Details: On February 24, the Russian Embassy in Pyongyang reported that delegations were discussing the strengthening of cooperation between the Russian Party “Unified Russia” and the Korea Labor Party within the strategic partnership between the two countries, concluded in December 2024.
