The diplomat also called on Ukraine and Russia to support the American resolution.
“That is why the United States against the vote of another resolution, which is why we cannot support the resolution of Ukraine and call for its withdrawal in favor of a powerful statement that obliges us to put an end to the war and work for a long peace,” the US representative summed up.
