Ova: The army of the Russian Federation hit the artillery on Kherson, among the victims-a 15-year-old girl

On the evening of February 24, the Russian Federation attacked the Dniprovsky district of Kherson from the artillery, according to the regional military administration.

According to Ova, the shelling happened around 18:15, people who were at the time of attack were outside: 54-year-old people and two women aged 31 and 43.

It is also known that the victims have fragments and explosive injuries, they were taken to hospital.

Subsequently, OVA chairman Oleksandr Proudin noted that a 15-year-old girl was injured in the Russian Federation on Kherson.

“The child was diagnosed with a mine-breeding injury, contusion and superficial wounds of the head,” the local official said.

Russian military regularly from various weapons – UAVs, missiles, booths, RSSUs – attacked Ukrainian regions.

The Russian leadership denies that during a full -scale war, the Russian army causes purposeful strikes in the civilian infrastructure of cities and villages of Ukraine, killing civilian populations and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply.

Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful.
