Putin praised and urged to capture Ukraine: the SBU exposed two priests of the UOC MP

The Security Service of Ukraine exposed two clergymen of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate in Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions, which publicly supported Russian leader Vladimir Putin, spread anti -Semitic statements and called for the occupation of Ukraine.

Details: According to the SBU, in Zhytomyr region detained the Archpriest of one of the churches, which supported the Kremlin’s policy. The investigation also found that the clergyman has repeatedly humiliated the honor and dignity of representatives of the Jewish people in his posts.

In Vinnytsia region, law enforcement officers detained a hieromonk of one of the temples. He has repeatedly called in the comments under the pro -Kremliv posts to the full capture of the territory of Ukraine by the Russians.

SBU staff seized the clergymen of the UOC MP with mobile phones and computer equipment with evidence of their crimes. Both priests were informed about suspicion of encroachment on the territorial integrity of Ukraine, violation of the equality of citizens and justification of armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

According to the UP, the suspicions received the Archpriest of one of the churches in Zhytomyr region Vyacheslav Markevich and hieromonks of one of the temples in Vinnytsia region Stanislav Makeev.
