President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has informed that Ukraine has already concluded 28 bilateral security agreements with partner countries.
He urged to create a security guarantee system for Ukraine and all of Europe on the basis of these agreements.
At the International Forum, support Ukraine Zelensky noted that these agreements include clear obligations that strengthen both Ukraine and partner countries. He stressed that these obligations cover defense, financial and political aspects.
The President also stated the need to strengthen bilateral interaction, development of defense production, strengthen financial stability and development of technological initiatives to improve cooperation between states.
