Details: It is noted that the person responsible for financial support had access to the military equipment stored in warehouses. At the end of 2024, he received from the night vision devices and binoculars to ensure the homeownership of the assault company. However, instead of passing them to the military, he decided to sell.

The attacker suggested that his acquaintance buy two night vision devices and two binoculars for more than 430 thousand hryvnias for further resale. He sent the equipment by mail and spent the money on gambling.
The bureau is said to be able to find and return some of the stolen equipment due to timely operational measures.
The serviceman was informed about the suspicion of misappropriation of military property in a state of martial law. He also awarded a request for a precautionary measure – detention.
The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to 15 years.
