The General Staff confirmed the blow on the oil -tracking station of Novovelichkovskaya in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation

“The units of the Security Service of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of defense forces, on February 20, 2025 inflicted lesions at the Novovelychkovskaya oil station in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation, which serves the Tikhoretsk-Novorossiysk-2 oil pipeline. These elements of oil -driving infrastructure are involved in providing the occupation army of the Russian Federation, ”the General Staff statement said.

The results of the lesion are currently clarified.

It is also noted that to counteract the Ukrainian means of defeat, the Russians used land aids and helicopters KA-52.

The General Staff promised to continue combat work on strategic sites involved in ensuring armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

Earlier that the drones of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Decomputed the oil -tracking station of Novovelichkovskaya in the Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation reported sources of NV in the SBU.

This station is one of the key to transportation of oil in the Kuban: through it is supply to poster and Ilsky refinery.

As a result of the fire, the substation was completely disconnected and an emergency stop of the oil pumping process.

According to the interlocutors in the SBU, it has become the eighth successful special operation since the beginning of the year.
