Details: According to the text of the law, if an employee of the Tax Code during the martial law intentionally violated the order of conscription of citizens for military service, he may be punished in the form of imprisonment for a term of 3 to 8 years.
At the same time, the document stipulates that a deliberate violation of the procedure for conducting VLK, which led to the mobilization of an unsuitable citizen or release suitable from conscription, during martial law is punishable by imprisonment from 3 to 8 years.
