Ukrainian drivers can allow a fine through QR code

Instead of outdated terminals, drivers will be able to pay fines through the QR code. This approach has already been protested in Chernivtsi and Vinnytsia regions and was recognized as effective and convenient.

Kyiv will become the first city where the system will be implemented. After that, it is planned to expand throughout Ukraine. The project is implemented together with Oschadbank, which previously provided fines through terminals.

Moldova changed the rules of crossing the border by foreign drivers. The norm, which obliges the drivers with them to have current certificates of technical inspection of the vehicle.
