On the night of February 18 to 19, the Russian military conducted a massive attack on Odessa using drones. As a result of the impact, a large number of houses in the city remained without electricity, water and heating.
This was reported by the mayor of Odessa Gennady Trukhanov on Telegram.
“As a result of a massive hostile blow to the densely populated area of the city there are no electric, water and heat supply in a large part of the houses, ”the message reads.
He also noted that medical institutions, such as hospitals and clinics, as well as other social infrastructure, remained without heat.
Currently, an operational headquarters is working in the city, experts evaluate the effects of the impact.
