A 38-year-old Kharkiv resident is suspected of an explosion near the Vetran’s veteran’s home, which causes him to be injured.

It is established that the woman was recruited by Russian special services after her anti -Ukrainian position in the comments on the social network. She then received instructions from Russian curators through Telegram messenger. Its task was to lay an explosive device near a private house in the Slobid district. To do this, she laid the explosive in the car tire, and the phone masked into the box and sprinkled with leaves.
The next day, the device was remotely blown out, resulting in a 52-year-old Armed Forces veteran. The victim was hospitalized with injury.
On January 28, law enforcement officers detained the suspect at the place of residence.
During the searches, a mobile phone was removed from the detainee, where a correspondence with the curator was conducted. The clothing used during the commission of the crime and the substance for the manufacture of explosives were also detected.
The woman was informed of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 258 (terrorist act) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and elected a preventive measure in the form of detention without the right to make bail. She is threatened with 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
The pre -trial investigation is carried out by the SBU staff in Kharkiv region jointly by the operatives of the Criminal Investigation Department and the Police Department № 2 KhRUP № 1, with the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
Earlier, the SBU, together with the National Police, detained two young men in the Vyzhnytsia district of Chernivtsi region who were preparing to carry out a terrorist attack against Ukrainian law enforcement officers at the request of the Russians. The attackers are threatened with up to 12 years with confiscation of property.

Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) detained another agent of the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB), who was engaged in adjusting Russian strikes in Kherson region.
