About it reports the State Audit Service of Ukraine.
During the financial audit of the budget of the Obukhov city territorial community, the experts of the Northern Office of the State Judicial Service found that the hospital, for the operation of MRI, was concluded for the overhaul of the premises of the clinic and internal engineering networks. However, at the time of the audit, the work on major repairs was never carried out.
The system of magnetic resonance imaging since December 2023 is in disassembled state at storage in PJSC “Kyiv Carton and Paper Plant”.
The delay in commissioning of the tomograph does not ensure the goals and goals of a comprehensive program of development and financial support of health care facilities providing medical assistance in the territory of the Obukhiv city territorial community. In particular, this does not contribute to increasing the level of accessibility of the population to quality medical care and timely provision of full medical care.
In addition, the non -use of the MRI system before the end of the warranty period will lead to additional expenses from the city budget for its maintenance and repair.
It should be reminded that in 2024 the State Audit Service warned violations of legislation in the field of public procurement in the amount of 22.4 billion.
Earlier, the audit found violations of 4 billion in the activities of the Ministry of Culture-the ministry could not effectively use these funds allocated from the state budget in 2018-2022 at the Museum of Dignity Revolution, Holodomor-Genocide and Sectoral State Archives.
During the audit of the Ministry of Defense, one of the military units found an opportunity to save about 40 million hryvnias of budgetary funds.
