It is noted that on Wednesday, February 05, the Federal Judge of Debora Bordman blocked President Donald Trump’s decree aimed at canceling the birth of birth.
The judge called Trump’s decree probably unconstitutional and “contrary to the 250-year tradition of granting citizenship by birth.” According to her, the decree violates the 14th amendment of the Constitution, the precedents of the Supreme Court and the historical principles of citizenship in the United States.
Children who are subject to the order will be deprived of the rights and benefits of US citizens, and their parents will face instability and uncertainty about the status of their unborn children. No court in the country has never supported the presidential interpretation. This court will not be the first
Five pregnant women whose children could influence this decree, as well as two human rights organizations, were filed in court in Maryland.
Legal experts suggest that this case may eventually reach the Supreme Court. The Trump administration is likely to challenge the decision in the Court of Appeal.

On January 23, Federal Judge John Couggenur made a 14-day prohibition on the execution of Trump’s decree on restriction of American citizenship under birth. The judge called the decree “clearly unconstitutional” and granted the request of the Prosecutor General Washington.
