Among the expected elements of the Plan is the potential freezing of the conflict and the indefinite status of the territory occupied by Russia with the simultaneous granting of unconcible security guarantees to Ukraine.
In Kiev, it was previously said that NATO membership would be the most reliable security guarantee, but the Trump administration did not support such a prospect.
Earlier, Kellogo confirmed that he plans to participate in the Munich Security Conference and meet “with allies of America who are ready to work with us.”
Recently, Trump’s special settler said that the US already has a “good, reliable plan” to end the war in Ukraine.
He also said that in the United States, Ukraine would have an election, especially if a truce agreement is concluded.
