The event information was entered by investigators in the Unified Register of Pre -trial Investigations under paragraph 2 of Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (premeditated murder of a young child) and under Part 1 of Article 115 of the same Code – premeditated murder with a note “suicide”.
Earlier in Odessa a girl aged 1 year and 11 months fell out of the window of the apartment on the eighth floor. It was hospitalized to the regional children’s clinical hospital in serious condition.
