Alexander Usyk: “They are making money on boxers. We want to change that ”

Ukrainian boxer, World Champion in Super Weightweight Alexander Usik He spoke about the main task of the Ready to Fight platform, in which he invests his own funds. The boxer also shared the thought of corruption in boxing:

– Let’s talk more about Ready to Fight. What should be at the exit of this sports platform?

– Our goal is to change sports for the better. We want to eradicate corruption in boxing. There are so many poor quality managers who make up on athletes, pulling unreal percentages. Conditionally the boxer earns $ 10,000, and it is given only three or five.

Athletes simply do not have expertise and do not fully understand how much they need to receive for their work, advertising contracts and more. And we want to help them choose the right path.

But this is not the main one. They launched a MasterCard -based payment solution that has approximately 50,000 active users. We also make an analogue of “Actions” for athletes. Now a huge number of operating processes in the boxing world is carried out on paper. We want to digitrify it, ”Usik said.
