Bohdan Pisarenko, a deputy and exponentials Bohdan Pisarenko, is accused of imprisonment of the former military special forces of the Cracket Dmitry Masohi.
It was a preparatory meeting. The court did not accept Mazokha’s claim against UAH 35 million in compensation for non -pecuniary damage. He said that he plans to transfer money to a military unit.
The judge did not accept his lawsuit and gave him five days to eliminate errors. In particular, in the lawsuit, except Tishchenko and Pisarenko, he indicated the guard of Tishchenko, who is not involved in this criminal proceedings.
The next meeting was scheduled for February 14.
The State Bureau of Investigation in December 2024 stated the completion of the investigation of criminal proceedings against the current People’s Deputy of Ukraine on the illegal imprisonment of a participant of hostilities in the Dnieper. The DBR does not specify the names of the deputy, but it is clear from the context that it is about Mykola Tyshchenko.

And the man they rolled in shackles – a veteran of Kraken unit Dmitry Pavlov. Police opened two criminal proceedings: on the fact of mild bodily harm and illegal imprisonment.
Tyshchenko himself explained the situation in social networks by the fact that he allegedly “attacked police.”
