British Foreign Ministry: no signs that Russia is serious about negotiating

The UK Ministry of Foreign Affairs David Lemmy stated that at this stage it is not clear that Russia is serious about negotiations. He said this during a joint press conference with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andriy Sibiga, the correspondent reports UNN.
