Zelensky changed the NSDB’s composition

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky changed the composition of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC). It has been introduced by the Head of the State Financial Monitoring of Philip Pronin. About it reports UNN With reference to a decree published on the Presidential website.

The Cabinet appointed Pronin by the head of the Civil Service of Finmonitoring in December 2024.

Before that, Pronin was the head of the Poltava Ova. Prior to that, Pronin worked as Deputy Head of the National Agency of Ukraine for the detection, search and management of assets obtained from corruption and other crimes (ARMA).

By the way, Pronin has already worked in the structure of the Civil Service of Finmonitoring. From 2010 to 2017 he was the Deputy Head of the Department of Risk and Typological Research Department of Financial Investigation, Deputy Director of the Department – Head of the Department of Risk Analysis and Typological Research, Department of Financial Investigations of the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine.

It should be noted that Igor Cherkasy has headed the State Finmonitoring Service since 2014 and was appointed to this position during the premiere of Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
