The President also thanked the IAEA CEO for the support of the Ukrainian Strategy for the completion of atomic blocks at Khmelnitsky NPP.

“The completion project is the key to Ukraine’s energy independence and the energy stability of the region, and it is important that the People’s Deputies of Ukraine support this project,” said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

During the meeting, they discussed the situation at the Zaporizhzhya NPP separately and in detail. The head of state emphasized that it is important to return the NPP under the control of Ukraine and invited partners to cooperate in the energy sector.

“We invite our partners to work with us in this direction – they are mutually beneficial things, it is an energy that will make our relations with America much more stronger and much more mutually mutually beneficial,” the President said.
