On the basis of this annex, they evaluate the health of recruits.
The document refers to the need to change the suitability category for recruits with primary, secondary and hidden syphilis with “B” (“restricted”) for the conscript “B-4” (“suitable with minor restrictions”). For recruits with hypertension of the first stage it is proposed to change the category from “B” to “B-3” (“not in all the births of troops”).
Men who are first diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism, according to amendments, will be declared temporarily unsuitable (“D”) and the category “B” will be assigned only if the diagnosis is repeatedly established. Now such people get “B” right away.
Considants with moderately pronounced, short -term endogenous psychoses and pronounced neurotic psychoses associated with stress and somatomorphic disorders and mood disorders will receive a category “B” instead of “D” (“unfit for military service”).
The conscripts who receive the category “B” do not go to the army, but immediately receive a military ticket and get into the stock. They are also considered suitable in wartime.
