The Piryatinsky District Court decided to take into custody Luben Yevgeny Shcherbak, who is accused of creating obstacles to the work of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. About it reports a correspondent of an independent Ukrainian media “lattice”, reports UNN.

During the meeting, the suspect pleaded guilty and said that after the incident, which resulted in the killed serviceman of the shopping center Alexander Sokolchuk, he fled with Vadim Kusub, fearing the massacre.

Recall

Earlier, the court arrested a cousub, who was suspected of attacking the military with the use of firearms. According to the investigation, he sought to release Shcherbak when he was part of the mobilized who went to study. Armed with a gun, the cousin met the bus at the gas station, opened fire, took away the weapon from one of the military and disappeared with Shcherbak.

The suspect confessed that he planned only to intimidate the military, but as a result of his actions one of them died. The defense insisted on a softer precaution.
