In several regions of Ukraine there are emergency shutdowns of electricity, reports in the telegram National operator “Ukrenergo”.

“In connection with the rocket attack – in Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhia, Kirovohrad regions, emergency shutdowns were used,” – the message reads.

Earlier, the Poltava Ova reported that Russian troops attacked the region, there are damage to energy infrastructure in the Mirgorod district – 164 household and one legal consumers remained without light. Specialists are already working to restore power supply.

Subsequently, it became known about the Russian blow to the regional center – Poltava, there is a hits in a residential building. Also, the forces of the Russian Federation at night and on the morning of February 1 attacked Kharkiv and Zaporozhye, there were dead and victims.

According to the Ministry of Energy, since October 2022, Russia has inflicted more than a thousand strokes on the objects of Ukrainian energy infrastructure, only in 2024, 9 GW of generating capacity was lost due to strikes.
